As the name suggests, our Bolognese Seasoning is perfect for seasoning bolognese. Our Bolognese Seasoning also goes well with veggie bolognese made with meat alternatives or lentils. You can also use the versatile spice mix in various Italian delicacies such as antipasti or pasta pomodoro. Take a look at our recipe collection for more inspiration.
Use between 1/2 and 1 tsp of the Bolognese Seasoning per 100 g of minced meat. To let the full flavours develop, fry our Bolognese Seasoning briefly with the minced meat and/or onions. You can also season your bolognese with a pinch of the spice mix once it’s on your plate.
Our spice mixtures, toppings and seasonings are packaged so that they’re impermeable to light and air. That means they stay fresher for longer whilst retaining their intense flavour. However, it’s important that you store the pots in a cool and dry place. You’ll find the best-before date printed on the bottom of the pot.
Our Bolognese Seasoning has a shelf life of 30 months from production, but we’re sure it won't take that long before you need your next one!

Yes. Our Bolognese Seasoning is gluten-free and nut-free – so that as many people as possible can enjoy our spice mixes. Unfortunately, cross-contamination cannot be ruled out entirely during production, so there may be traces of cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, almonds, mustard, celery, sesame seeds or peanuts.
