Joining the Loyalty Programme is free. We want you to have more fun shopping and enjoy exclusive benefits.

You can access the Loyalty Programme through your customer account. Here you'll see the points you've collected, your current ranking as well as your exclusive benefits.

As long as you're signed in to your customer account, you'll automatically collect points on every purchase. £1 = 10 points.

The number of collected points determines your tier status and there are different benefits for Bronze, Silver and Gold.

Yes. If you don't make a purchase in our online shop within six months, you'll revert to the previous status level and your points will be reduced to the minimum for that category.

You'll receive various benefits, depending on your tier status. Take a look at the benefits HERE.

Depending on the number of points collected, you'll be allocated Bronze, Silver or Gold tier status. You can advance to the next level at any time, once you've collected the minimum number of points required. Your ranking is set for 6 months and you'll receive benefits on every purchase made during that time. If you make another purchase within 6 months, your points will increase and your ranking will be renewed for another 6 months. If, upon making an order, you've collected enough points to proceed to the next ranking, then you'll go up to the next level.

As long as you're signed in to your customer account, your benefits will automatically be applied to your basket at checkout. A voucher code is not required.

*The percentage discount is not valid during promotional periods such as Black Week, Summer Sale, Glamour Shopping Week or Singles Day. When applying a promotional voucher code to your basket, the Loyalty Programme discount will no longer be automatically applied. The Loyalty Programme discount is also not valid on already discounted products.

The discount applies to everything except products that have already been discounted, e.g. Spice Sets.
