    mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp
    tomato ketchup

Heat the grill to around 200°C.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into around 1cm slices. Peel and finely slice the onion. Wash the rocket and dry with a spinner.

For the burger sauce, finely dice the gherkins and stir into the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Keep chilled until required.

Place the burgers on the hot rack and grill for around 5 minutes. Season each burger with two pinches of Burger Seasoning. Just before the burgers finish grilling, cut the burger buns in half and toast under the grill with the cut side down for around 30 seconds.

Spread some sauce over the underside of the burger buns, layer with rocket, onion rings and tomato and finally the burger. Spread some burger sauce over the burger and top with the other half of the bun.
