Cook the spaghetti in well salted water according to the pack instructions until al dente and strain.

Meantime, cut the avocados in half, twist, remove the stone and scoop out the avocado with a spoon.

Peel the garlic. Halve and squeeze the lemon. Place the avocados, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice in a high-sided bowl and blend with a hand blender to a smooth paste. You can also add a little milk until you obtain the desired creamy consistency.
