Clean the mushrooms and cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel, halve and finely dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the chives and snip small with a pair of scissors.

Heat the butter in a wide frying pan and fry the mushrooms over a high heat for 5 minutes, without turning. Add the onion and garlic, mix once and fry for another 2 minutes.

Season the mushrooms with the Garlic Pepper. Deglaze with the juice of half a lemon, then add the cream and simmer for 2 minutes over a high heat. Add the chives and mix in well. Serve with the ciabatta.
