Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Peel and finely chop the onions. Clean the mushrooms and cut into quarters.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for 3 minutes over a high heat. Remove the chicken from the pan and set to one side.

Heat 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil in a frying pan and cook the potato noodles for 4 minutes over a high heat. Add the mushrooms and onion and cook for another 4 minutes.

Add the cream and chicken stock and bring to the boil. Season with the Meat Allrounder and simmer for 10 minutes.

Wash and dry the parsley, remove the stalks and finely chop. Return the chicken to the pan and cook for five minutes. Stir in the parsley and season with a pinch of salt.
