1
Halve the dates and place them onto a sheet of baking paper so that they overlap slightly, cut-side facing downwards. Do this with all the dates until you have an even shape. Squish everything down with your fingers.

2
Chop the chocolate into small, even chunks, place into a glass bowl and melt over a bain-marie. Don’t let the water boil or touch the outside of the bowl.

3
Spread the peanut butter evenly over the dates, sprinkle with the salt and put into the freezer for a few minutes to set.

4
Spread the melted chocolate over the slab so that everything is covered evenly in chocolate. Pay attention to the edges.

5
Sprinkle the Coffee Kiss on top and carefully place everything either in the freezer for 15–20 minutes or in the fridge for about an hour until the chocolate has completely hardened.

6
Slice up your date bark with a sharp knife and enjoy!

Tip: Date bark keeps for several days in the fridge and much longer in the freezer, if you don’t eat it all in one go!
