Put the cream in the milk frother, put the lid on and whip the cream until stiff using the cold milk froth programme. Stop manually as soon as the cream is firm. Remove the cream, set aside and clean the container.

Pour the milk and 1 tablespoon of caramel sauce into the container, put the lid on and start the programme for warm milk foam.

Mix the hot coffee with the Coffee Kiss and pour into two glasses.

Spread the caramel foam on top, add the cream decoratively and decorate with the remaining caramel sauce and the hazelnut brittle. Serve immediately.
