  • 250 g
    caster sugar
  • 80 g
    cocoa powder

  • 100 g
    flour
  • 150 g
    chocolate drops
  • 1× 78 g bag
    Mini Cadbury’s Creme Eggs, frozen

Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).

Grease a brownie tin (21 × 21 cm) and line with baking paper.

Melt the butter and mix with the sugar and cocoa powder until the sugar has dissolved. Then mix in the Coffee Kiss and the eggs thoroughly.

Sift in the flour and fold in until combined. Finally, fold in the chocolate drops. Pour the brownie mixture into the brownie tin and spread it out.

Carefully halve the Creme Eggs and place on top of the batter, cut-side up. Bake the brownies for 30 minutes and allow to cool completely before cutting.
