Wash and finely dice the courgettes. Wash and halve the red peppers. Remove the seeds and white ribs with a knife and finely chop. Peel and finely slice the onions.

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a non-stick frying pan, add the vegetables and cook on each side for 4–5 minutes.

Remove the vegetables from the pan as soon as they are golden and crispy. Add another 2 tbsp olive oil to the pan and cook the minced beef until browned and sizzling. Season with the Meat Allrounder.

Return the cooked vegetables to the pan, add the chopped tomatoes and allow to simmer for around 5 minutes.

Finally, crumble over the feta. Season with the Meat Allrounder and serve.

Tip: Serve with basmati rice.
