Soak the gelatine in cold water according to the instructions on the packet. Whip the cream to stiff peaks, then chill until needed.

Place both yoghurts in a bowl with the sugar and mix thoroughly. Wash and dry the lemon and limes and stir their zest and juice through the yoghurt mixture. Squeeze out the gelatine well.

Put 2 tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture into a small saucepan and heat it up. Add the gelatine and dissolve it. Add half of the yoghurt mixture to the saucepan, stirring constantly. Then pour the entire contents of the saucepan back into the bowl and stir well. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Remove the yoghurt from the fridge and carefully fold in the whipped cream. Divide the mousse between 4 glasses and chill for 3 hours.

Wash, peel and finely dice the mango. Mix the mango cubes in a bowl with 8 pinches of Sweet Allrounder. Finally, divide the mango between the glasses and serve the mousse.
