Soak the gelatine in cold water according to the instructions on the packet. Whip the cream with a hand mixer in a tall container until stiff and chill until needed.

Place the yoghurt in a bowl with the sugar and mix thoroughly. Wash the lemon and limes thoroughly and rub dry. Add the zest and juice of the lime and lemon to the yoghurt mixture and stir thoroughly. Squeeze out the gelatine well.

Now put 2 tablespoons of the yoghurt mixture into a small saucepan and heat it up, add the gelatine and dissolve it. Add half of the yoghurt mixture to the pot while stirring. Then pour the entire contents of the pot back into the bowl with the other half of the yoghurt mixture and stir the mass in well. Place in the fridge for 10 minutes.

Finally, carefully fold in the whipped cream, divide the mousse between 4 glasses and chill for 3 hours.

Wash, peel and finely dice the mango. Mix the mango cubes in a bowl with 8 pinches of the Sweet Bowl Topping. Finally, divide the mango between the glasses and serve the mousse.
