Peel and finely chop the garlic. Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Mix the garlic, thyme leaves, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes and Meat Allrounder well in a mixing bowl.

Place the lamb chops in a freezer bag or airtight container. Pour the marinade over the lamb chops and cover evenly. Seal the bag or container and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Preheat the barbecue to a medium-high heat. Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and allow the excess marinade to drip off.

Grill the lamb chops for about 3–4 minutes each side or until they are cooked to your liking. A little pink in the middle is fine – a temperature gauge inserted into the thickest part should read 62°C.

Remove the lamb chops from the grill and leave to rest for at least 3 minutes to ensure the meat is meltingly soft.

Season the lamb chops with salt to taste and serve warm.


Tip: These lamb chops go well with grilled vegetables, potatoes or a green salad.
