Cook the noodles in plenty of water according to the packet instructions, drain and rinse with cold water.

Break the eggs into a bowl and mix with 1/2 tsp Chinese Allrounder. Mix the other 1/2 tsp Chinese Allrounder with the soy sauce and water in a small bowl.

Peel the carrots, cut into thin slices and then into very thin strips. Halve the leek, wash and slice into thin half-moons. Wash and clean the spring onions and slice thinly.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok pan, add the egg mixture and cook for a minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Pour the remaining oil into the pan and add the noodles. Stir-fry for two minutes. Add the carrots and leek, fry for 3 minutes, deglaze with the soya sauce and stir well.

Add the eggs and spring onions and mix well.


Tip: Are you vegan? Leave out the eggs or replace them with silken tofu.
