Our Meatball Seasoning is perfect for meatballs in a hurry – all you need is our spice mix and good-quality minced meat. Knead thoroughly, then fry over a high heat, and your meatballs will taste just like grandma used to make them. Best of all, you don’t have to chop any onions or garlic. These are included in the spice mix for meatballs, along with a variety of other aromatic spices and herbs, making a quick and delicious meal.
Although our Meatball Seasoning is perfect for spicing up meatballs, you can also use the meatball mix for other meat dishes such as meatloaf, burgers or goulash. Good news for those who don’t eat meat: veggie mince, potatoes and vegetables also taste sensational with a good pinch of Meatball Seasoning. Get creative in the kitchen, or take inspiration from our community!
As no other spices are required in addition to our Meatball Seasoning, we recommend using 2 teaspoons of the meatball mix per 500 g of mince. For meatballs or burgers, we suggest kneading the spice blend into the mixture. If you are making a meat sauce, it should be added to the pan while browning the meat. Try it out and let us know how you get on!
Our spice mixtures, toppings and seasonings are packaged so that they’re impermeable to light and air. That means they stay fresher for longer whilst retaining their intense flavour. However, it’s important that you store the pots in a cool and dry place. You’ll find the best-before date printed on the bottom of the pot.
Our Meatball Seasoning has a shelf life of 30 months from production, but we’re sure it won’t take that long before you need your next one!
Yes. We are passionate about natural products, which is why our Meatball Seasoning is made from only natural ingredients, without the use of flavour enhancers, and is completely vegan.
Yes. None of the ingredients in our spice mixes are derived from animal products. However, cross-contamination cannot be completely ruled out during production, so traces of egg or milk may be present.
Yes. Our Meatball Seasoning is made without gluten-containing ingredients and does not contain nuts – so that as many people as possible can enjoy our spice mixes. Allergy sufferers, beware! Our Meatball Seasoning contains celery and mustard. Unfortunately, cross-contamination cannot be ruled out entirely during production, so there may be traces of cereals containing gluten, egg, milk, almonds, mustard, celery, sesame seeds or peanuts.
