Method

First, carefully slice into the mozzarella every centimetre, being careful not to cut through it completely, hasselback-style. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Tuck the tomato slices along with a basil leaf between each mozzarella wedge.

Carefully place the tomato and mozzarella hasselbacks onto a plate and garnish with the olive oil, vinegar and Tomato Mozzarella Seasoning.

Tip: The salad goes well with bread or as a side to your BBQ meats.
