For the wedges:

For the dip:

2 tbspsriracha hot sauce

Preheat the oven to 220°C or for fan ovens 200°C.

Wash the potatoes and divide into quarters lengthwise. Marinate in a bowl with the oil and Roast Potato Seasoning. Spread out on a baking tray and roast in the oven for around 30 minutes.

For the dip, combine the sour cream and sriracha sauce together in a bowl. Wash, dry and halve the lime. Zest the lime and squeeze out the juice. Add the zest and juice to the bowl, stir and season with a couple of pinches of salt.

Serve the oven wedges with the dip.
