Bring plenty of water to the boil in a pot and simmer the lentils in it for about 20 minutes, then drain.

Peel the potato and cut into 1 cm cubes. Peel and finely dice the carrots. Peel, halve and finely dice the onion. Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the butter in a large pan. Sauté the carrots, onion and potato over a medium heat for 4 minutes. Add the pancetta and the Kabanos sausages and fry for 1 minute.

Deglaze with the balsamic vinegar and add 1 litre of water. Bring everything to the boil, season with the Soup & Stew Allrounder and add the pre-cooked lentils. Simmer for another 30 minutes.

After 15 minutes, slice the Frankfurters and add to the stew. Take out the Kabanos sausages and slice them as well. Remove the pancetta before serving.


Tip: Tastes even better the next day!
