1
Cut the chicken breasts into pieces about 3 cm.

2
In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil and Lemon Herb Chicken Mix.

3
Place the chicken breast pieces in a freezer bag or airtight container.

4
Pour the marinade over the chicken and make sure the pieces are evenly covered.

5
Seal the bag or container and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.

6
Remove the chicken from the marinade and drain off any excess.

7
Stick three to four pieces of chicken onto each skewer. (If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 10 minutes first so they don’t catch fire on the BBQ!)

8
Preheat the BBQ or a grill pan to medium heat.

9
Place the chicken skewers on the preheated BBQ or into the pan and cook for 7–10 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 70°C.

10
Leave the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Tip: The chicken kebabs can also be roasted in a preheated fan oven at 200°C for 15–20 minutes or until cooked through.
