Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or fan 180°C.

Bring a pan of well-salted water to the boil, cook the rigatoni according to the packet instructions until al dente and strain.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan and cook the minced beef with 2 pinches of Ground Meat Seasoning until crispy and brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Peel and chop the onions and sauté in the same pan over a medium heat until golden brown. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and crème fraîche and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, soy sauce and 2 pinches of Ground Meat Seasoning.

Oil a large casserole dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the pasta and meat sauce and stir to combine. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Dab knobs of butter over the bake, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes.
