mustard

lemon, juiced (about 60 ml)
handful

parsley, finely chopped
60 ml

olive oil

Method

1

Peel the avocados, remove the stone and scoop the flesh into a blender.

Add the Aglio e Olio Seasoning to the avocados along with the mustard and lemon juice.

Blend everything until smooth.

Slowly add the olive oil a little at a time with the machine running to emulsify, then stir through the parsley.

Scoop the dip into bowls, garnish with a little more Aglio e Olio Seasoning and serve!
