Peel the parsnips and cut in half lengthways.󠀲󠀢󠀢󠀥󠀧󠀳

Parboil the parsnips in salted water for about 5 minutes or until the tip of the knife pierces with little resistance.󠀲󠀢󠀢󠀥󠀨󠀳󠀰 Drain well and pat dry.󠀲󠀢󠀢󠀥󠀩󠀳

Mix the honey, olive oil, Garlic Pepper and salt well in a mixing bowl.󠀲󠀢󠀢󠀦󠀡󠀳 󠀰Brush the top of the parsnips with the honey mixture, reserving half.󠀲󠀢󠀢󠀦󠀢󠀳

Preheat the air fryer to 200°C. Once preheated, place the parsnips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Air fry for about 15–20 minutes. Halfway through, turn with tongs and brush the other side with the rest of the honey mixture.󠀲󠀢󠀢󠀦󠀤󠀳
