Mix the butter and sugar with the Sweet Allrounder in a bowl.

Gradually add the eggs.

Mix the flour and baking powder in a second bowl and sieve into the butter and eggs.

Cut the pomegranate in half and knock out the seeds with a spoon.

Preheat the waffle iron. Pour two heaped teaspoons into the waffle iron and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.

Stack the warm waffles on a plate and garnish with the toppings.
