    black radish
  • 1 tbsp
    sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp
    soy sauce

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Mix with rice vinegar and sugar and chill.

For the dressing, mix the soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl. Wash the lime and add the zest and juice.

Cut the tuna into 1 cm cubes. Marinate with some of the dressing. Halve the avocado, remove the stone, peel and cut into thin slices. Wash the cucumber, cut it into slices and cut these again into thin strips. Peel the mango, remove the stone and cut into 0.5 cm cubes. Wash the spring onion and slice into rings. Wash and peel the radish and slice finely.

Arrange all the ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with the dressing and finally top with the Avocado Topping.
