Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).

Hard boil the egg for about 8 minutes.

Wash the courgettes and cut them in half lengthways. Scrape out the insides with a spoon and chop coarsely. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Clean the spring onions and cut them into approx. 0.5 cm rings.

Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes. Mix with 1 tbsp oil and ½ tbsp Fish Allrounder and set aside.

Finely grate the Parmesan and shred the mozzarella into small pieces.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the chopped courgette and cook the water that comes out (about 4 minutes). Season with 3 pinches of salt.

Add the tinned tomatoes and simmer gently. Drain the tuna properly and add to the pan with the spring onions. Peel the cooled egg, chop finely and add to the pan. Remove the pan from the heat. Add 2 tbsp Fish Allrounder and sour cream and stir in.

Place the courgettes in a suitable baking dish and sprinkle with a little salt. Spread the tuna filling evenly over the courgettes and sprinkle with Parmesan and mozzarella. Spread the cherry tomatoes over the courgette and around it. Bake the courgettes in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.


Tip: Rice or potatoes are suitable as a side dish.
