    organic oranges, zest and juice

    organic lemon, zest and juice

    ginger
  • 200 ml
    water
  • 500 g
    jam sugar (2:1)

Tip: The amount varies depending on the size of the jars. The nutritional information refers to 100 g of the pumpkin jam.

Wash the Hokkaido, halve, core and cut into 3 cm cubes. Wash, quarter and core the apples and cut into 3 cm cubes. Wash the oranges and lemon and finely grate the zest, then squeeze out the juice. Peel and grate the ginger.

Put everything except the jam sugar and Pumpkin Pie Spice into a large saucepan and cook over a medium heat for about 25 minutes (until the pumpkin is soft).

Add the Pumpkin Pie Spice and puree until very fine. Add the jam sugar and simmer according to the packet instructions.

Finally, pour the pumpkin jam into clean, hot-washed jam jars.
