Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat).

Take the puff pastry out of the fridge about 10 minutes before using. Wash the tomatoes and cut each into thick slices.

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking tray and spread with the crème fraiche. Top with the tomatoes as rustically or artfully as you like. Season with 4 pinches of Sandwich Seasoning and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.

For the garlic oil drizzle topping, wash the basil, shake dry, pick off the leaves and chop finely. Peel the garlic and mince with a garlic press.

Mix the olive oil with the basil and garlic and season with a pinch of Sandwich Seasoning. Remove the hot puff pastry tart from the oven, cut into squares, drizzle with the basil and garlic oil and serve.
