Method

First, preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).

Wash the potatoes, halve lengthways and cut into wedges. Add to a bowl with the oil, Potato Allrounder and 2 pinches of salt. Toss together until everything is well coated.

Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast in the oven for 35 minutes. Give the potato wedges a good stir halfway through the cooking time.

For the sour cream dip, mix the yoghurt, sour cream and Potato Allrounder in a bowl and place in the fridge until required.

Take the crispy potato wedges out of the oven and serve immediately with the sour cream.
