For the oven vegetables, wash and dry the vegetables. Cut the broccoli into florets. Peel the onions and cut them into eighths lengthwise, like orange segments. Remove the seeds from the peppers and roughly dice them with the rest of the vegetables.

Preheat the oven to fan 200°C. Marinate the vegetables with olive oil and the Garlic Pepper, if time, or just mix everything together with your hands. Spread over a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook on the middle shelf for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, mash the avocados, lime juice and salt with a fork to make a fine guacamole. Sprinkle with the Avocado Topping and serve with the oven vegetables.
