Preheat the oven to 180°C fan.

Sift the flour and baking powder into a bowl and cut the butter in to form a crumbly dough. Add the sugar and Sweet Allrounder and mix in. Add the egg and milk and knead into a smooth dough. Shape the dough into 12 balls, about the size of a ping-pong ball, and place on a baking tray. Press a small hollow in the centre and fill with some raspberry jam.

Bake the jam buns in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
