Preheat the oven to 210 °C (top/bottom heat).

Wash the baby potatoes, cut them in half and marinate them in a bowl with the olive oil and 2 pinches of Sandwich Seasoning. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, bring plenty of water to a boil and cook the eggs for 7 minutes until waxy soft. Rinse with cold water and peel. Then cut them in half.

Meanwhile, fry the bacon in a pan without fat for 4 minutes over medium heat until crispy. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise with a knife, untwist, remove the pit, and use a tablespoon to scoop the flesh out of the skin. Cut the avocado into thin slices.

Divide the baked baby potatoes between two bowls with the remaining ingredients. Crumble the feta over the top and garnish with 2 pinches of Sandwich Seasoning.
