  • For the brownies:

  • 170 g
    butter
  • 170 g
    dark chocolate
  • 4
    eggs
  • 180 g
    icing sugar
  • 140 g
    flour
  • 1 pinch
    salt
  • For the ghosts:

  • 150 g
    white chocolate
  • 9
    marshmallows
  • chocolate drops or edible googly eyes

Preheat the oven to fan 180°C and grease a small baking tin (18 × 20 cm).

Finely chop the chocolate and place in a glass bowl over a bain-marie with the butter and melt over a medium heat. Stir occasionally with a metal or plastic spoon.

Meanwhile, place the eggs in a bowl with the icing sugar and beat until frothy. Fold in the melted chocolate. Gently whisk in the flour with the Coffee Kiss and salt.

Pour the mixture into the baking tin, bake for about 30 minutes and leave to cool. Finely chop the white chocolate and melt over a bain-marie.

Cut the brownies into 9 pieces and place a marshmallow in the centre of each brownie. Pour the white chocolate over the brownies, allow to set briefly and then make faces on the marshmallows with the chocolate drops or googly eyes.
