Melt the dark chocolate over a bain-marie, being careful not to let the hot water touch the glass bowl.

Toast the oat flakes in a large pan without oil for 2–3 minutes. Pour the melted chocolate over the toasted oats, add the Oatmeal Spice and mix well.

Using two teaspoons, place small mounds on baking paper and shape into nests. Place 3 Easter eggs in each nest. Refrigerate the Easter nests until they have set.
