Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Place the potato slices in a pot of lightly salted water and cook for about 10 minutes, then drain.

Meanwhile, cut the cauliflower into small florets and wash thoroughly.

Cook the cauliflower in a large pot with plenty of salted water for about 4 minutes until al dente, then drain.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (fan oven).

For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in the flour. Add the milk with the cream, salt, pepper and the Potato Allrounder and bring to the boil while stirring.

Grease the baking dish, put in the cauliflower with the potatoes and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and bake for about 30 minutes.


Tip: If the cheese gets too dark, simply cover the casserole with a piece of aluminum foil.
