  • 60 g
    pine nuts
  • 100 g
    basil
  • 200 ml
    sunflower oil
  • 200 ml
    olive oil
  • 60 g
    Parmesan

Toast the pine nuts in a non-stick frying pan over a medium heat until golden, stirring occasionally to make sure the pine nuts don’t burn. Remove from the pan and leave to one side.

Wash the basil and pat dry. Place in a high-sided bowl or large mixing jug with the pine nuts, oils and Green Pesto Mix and blend with a hand blender. Finally, add the Parmesan and quickly blend once more with the blender.


Tip: Transfer the pesto into glass jars and gift them to your loved ones.
