Peel 2 bananas and slice into half-centimetre slices. Cut stars out using a small star cutter, and put the leftover bits in a large bowl.

Peel the remaining bananas, add to the bowl and mash everything with a fork.

Finely chop the pecan nuts, and toast in a large saucepan over a gentle heat. Add the mashed bananas and hazelnut milk and bring to the boil.

Stir in the Banana Bread Seasoning, a pinch of salt and the porridge oats and simmer on a gentle heat for around five minutes.

Divide between 4 bowls, top with banana stars and a drizzle of peanut butter.


Tip: If you like it chocolatey, you can also top your porridge with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or some chocolate drops.
