Cook the pasta in plenty of lightly salted water for two-thirds of the time stated on the packet. Then drain, reserving about 250 ml of pasta water.

In the meantime, dice the ham into rough cubes and fry in a pan without extra oil for 5 minutes.

Beat 2 egg yolks and one whole egg in a bowl with 100 g of freshly grated pecorino until foamy. Season with Pasta Allrounder.

Add the pasta to the ham in the pan and mix well. Add 200 ml of the pasta water and finish cooking the pasta in the pan. Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the egg mixture. Mix everything together until the creamy sauce clings to the pasta. Serve the spaghetti sprinkled with the remaining pecorino.
